General Terms of Sales

° General points:
The following General Terms of Sales are valid for each selling point of the firm Haute Areal GbR – known as Haute Areal. These General Terms of Sales are considered as accepted once we receive the payment of the goods. We only take into account orders which validated our General Terms of Sales. All the orders which don’t follow our General Terms of Sales will not be accepted. If we would have to change or update one of the following clauses, the rest of the agreement and the other clauses will still be valid.

° Prices and Dispatch Costs
The prices specified on the product sides contain the legal value added tax of germany (19%).

Additionally at the indicated prices we take overall 3,00 EUR per order for the supply within Germany. For supplies into other countries of the European Union we take 5,00 EUR, for countries outside of the European Union 10,00 EUR.

Dispatch costs are shown to you clearly on the product sides, in the goods basket system and on the order side.

° Delivery conditions
We'll send the order on receipt of the payment (advance payment and PayPal). Orders on account will be send immediately.

° Return Policy / Revocation / Revocation consequences:
You have the right to revoke your order and return all products (revocation) within two weeks starting from the day of receiving the delivery.
This cooling-off period does not apply to audio or video recordings (e.g. CDs, LPs, DVDs, videos, audio cassettes, etc.) or software if you have already unsealed the data carriers supplied, or removed their shrink wrapping.
At a return from a goods delivery, the order value altogether amounts up to 40 euros, you have to bear the costs of the return if delivered goods corresponds to the ordered one. The return otherwise is cost-free for you.
It is not necessary to name any reason for the revocation.
To be within this cancellation period, all you need to do is send the notice of cancellation or despatch the goods in time. Please direct your cancellations to:

If you cannot return the items received or only in worse condition, you have to pay damages (=money) for it. (worse condition refers, for example, to altered, laundered or worn textiles/clothes/shoes or similar). This does not apply when the worsening of the items can be put down to their examination as it is also possible e.g. in retail shops. Furthermore you can avoid to have to pay damages by treating the items carefully, not taking possession of them as your own property and avoiding everything which could impair their value.

° Payment:
in Advance (for orders from Germany):

You choose the payment method "in advance" in the shopping cart and we send you an e-mail confirmation including the bank details and the application for payment after receipt of your order ( please regard that the first confirmation you receive only lists the items you have ordered and does not include these datas). Please remit the amount to the account mentioned in this second confirmation and specify in the money transfer form all other relevant payment datas which are stated in the confirmation. If the payment did not take place within 14 days, the order is cancelled automatically.

on Account (for orders from Germany):

If you are already our customer you have the possibility to order on account. For this your customer number is needed. The payment has to take place within 2 weeks after the receipt of the articles. No additional fees, only the costs of dispatch and packing.

PayPal:

You also can pay with the online payment service PayPal. After you have finished your order, a browser window with the PayPal login site opens. If you have no PayPal account, you can register there. You can also pay per credit card through PayPal.

° Reservation of Proprietary Rights: The commodity remains up to the complete payment our property.

° Data Protection
We are authorized to use the buyer data which were sent to us, it doesn’t make any difference wheather the buyer himself or a third person send the data, in the sense of the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz (Law for Data Protection of Germany). This note replaces the information in accordance with the Bundesdatenschutzgesetz, that personal data of the customer are stored and used via EDP.
Your email address is registered automatically into our newsletter list, from which you can delete yourself at any time.
We do not pass on data to third.
You have the right of correction, blockage or deletion your data.
